Chris Haydon
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Chris is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bristlecone Capital. Prior to establishing Bristlecone Capital, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of AutoCamp Hospitality Group, where he successfully built and oversaw critical functions including development, acquisitions, design and construction, finance, capital markets, investor relations, and asset management. His leadership facilitated the sourcing and development of over $300 million in outdoor hospitality real estate and the execution of more than $175 million in loan transactions.
Before co-founding AutoCamp, Chris honed his institutional investment expertise at prominent financial institutions, including Bear Stearns, Gabelli Asset Management, and Tipp Hill Capital Management. Chris holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
Anjali Agarwal
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Anjali brings a 25-year track record of investing in hospitality real estate to Bristlecone Capital. Prior to launching Bristlecone Capital, she served as SVP at Starwood Capital Group, a Global PE firm with $120 billion AUM, where she oversaw a portfolio of hotels and resorts across the U.S. Previously, Anjali was the Chief Operating Officer of AutoCamp, where she was responsible for strategic direction, growth and performance. During a 12-year tenure as Principal and EVP at Chartres Lodging Group, she built a strong track record with multiple realized exits totaling 6,000+ keys. She held early career roles with Orbitz, Marriott and the Taj Group of Hotels. Anjali has participated in $4 billion of transaction activity, $1 billion in renovations, and led over $5 billion in asset/investment management.
Anjali was named a top “40 Under 40” Dealmaker by M&A Advisor in 2013 and one of the top 51 “Asian Hospitality Women of Color” in 2025. Anjali served on the Board of Directors of the Hotel Asset Managers Association (HAMA) and is a frequent speaker at lodging conferences including ALIS, ULI, and Skift. Anjali holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
